Lifetime Warranty

The terms of this warranty shall commence on the date of the sales invoice and shall continue for as long as the purchaser owns the merchandise.

All maintenance and/or repairs shall be completed by Jonny Roxx.  The customer must and shall perform all maintenance required to make sure the merchandise is in usable and wearable condition.  Loss or damage resulting from failure to comply with recommended services and/or maintenance will void this warranty.

Nothing herein shall obligate Jonny Roxx to repair or replace materials resulting from excessive or abusive treatment of the merchandise other than normal wear and tear.  This warranty applies only to the use of this merchandise under conditions for which it was designed and does not cover loss or damage resulting from fire, flooding, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, lightening, earthquake, theft, misuse, abuse or Acts of God. Damage to gold as a result of exposure to chlorine is not covered under this warranty.  This warranty does not include replacement of ring shank due to loss of gold.  This warranty does not include replacement of lost, chipped or broken center diamond, moissanite or gemstone.  

In no event shall Jonny Roxx be liable for consequential damages or delays in rendering service under this warranty, or loss of use during the period that the merchandise is being repaired or otherwise awaiting parts.  Parts may be replaced with others of like kind and quality.  

This warranty is for the benefit of the original customer or receiver of merchandise, in case of a gift, and is non-transferable.

This instrument set for the entire agreement between the parties and no representations, promise or condition not contained herein shall modify these terms.

12. Full 30 day exchange on unaltered jewelry purchase.
13. Good for as long as purchaser or original gift recipient owns the merchandise from date of purchase.
14. Guaranteed trade in of full value if traded toward a new item at double the original price.
15. Guaranteed trade in of full value of moissanite if traded toward a diamond or larger moissanite.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Bring your jewelry item and this warranty to Jonny Roxx every 6 months for an inspection.  Care for your jewelry according to the instructions given at time of purchase.  This includes periodic inspections to check for potential problems. Failure to bring jewelry for these periodic inspections could void the warranty. If it is inconvenient to bring jewelry to Jonny Roxx please contact the store for instructions on where and how to send the jewelry.  It is the customer’s responsibility to prepay postage/freight charges and insure the jewelry for its full value.
